Independent women's streetwear label
About
This is the most recent thing I have produced. It is the mark used on all rationed clothing in UK during WW2. I thought it would be fun to use it as a print (not a logo). Also it helps to emphasise my 'policy' (so to speak) of exclusivity, as I would like to start doing limited edition items, especially collaborations with other companies/designers/illustrators, once the label is set up and generating profit. My first collection will consist of 8 products, Long and short sleeved tees, a beanie hat, printed shirt, and a two piece set. I will initially be retailing using bigcartel, and will perhaps test the men's streetwear shops' market with a couple of items. Would be up to them if they were to retail on their website also. I have spoken to Santa Cruz skateboards about trademarking the logo and they have given me their blessing and even advised using their most recognisable colourway: red & gold. Manufacturer: East end Manufacturing, Mile End, London
